A Year After Graduating From Poly...

Yesterday, WeiHao starts his first day of school at NTU. And poly students continue their 3 years course in their respective polytechnic. One year ago, my poly life came to a full stop... After attending the graduation ceremony at the new convention centre, I know, I will be missing this place...

1. Problem Boy

Still remember those dayz when Doc Teo called my parents, saying I'm a problematic boy. Yah, I used vulgarities during her lessons (thanks to Hasan) and always late for her tutorials. And not forgeting those conflicts I faced with Mrs Tang, who threatened to fail GuoLiang and I. As we only started to write our Final Year Report 3 days before deadline. It wasn't that bad actually. Remembering Doc Teo bid me goodbye before she left for Australia and Mrs Tang giving me 'A's in FYP and Industrial Attachment.

2. My First Warning Letter

Walking on NP Orhard Road, a warren spotted me in berms, slippers and unusual hair colour. I was ordered to show him my student card, and a warning letter came to me days later. And to add things onto the fire, I was 4 times extremely late on Doc Teo's lessons = 2 times absence for her classes, she sent a warning letter to me too... Mishaps usually came in a row of three, I skipped enough PE lessons to receive the third warning letter from my swimming coach, even though I was really too busy with GL stuffs... 3 Warning letters in a day?! Cool isn't it? =)

3. An Ordinary Day in School

If yesterday were my first day of school, lecture at 0800, I would have woke up at 0715, take a look at the clock... Gave MeiHua a call before heading back to the bed. 0745, MeiHua would called back, saying she had hailed a taxi. By that time, I would have jumped out of my bed, brushed my teeth, hecked care my messy and standing up hairs, put on a camp t-shirt and tugged into a pair of jeans... Rushed down the stairs by 0755, only to see MeiHua just in time for my lateness... 0815, as usual, 15 mins late, we entered the lecture room...

4. Some Favourite Hangouts

Canteen 4's Japanese cursine, Western Food Delights were my all time favorites after Chemistry Lab sessions. Aquaculture Lab, MeiHua's and Fiona's FYP labbie were the places I loved to hang out at during Year 3. Out of no choice, I frequented Block 34, Level 6, Mrs Tang's Office the most... Final Year Project, internal conflicts with Kat's group and Doc Lee were usually the main causes!

5. New Chapter of Life...

YEP, camp days, GL meetings,
Added chapters to my poly life story.
Overseas trips, industrial attachment,
Added fond memories to it...
KokGuan, MeiHua, Kris, Audrey,
Darren, Aloy, SiewLing, Fiona
And many others, Lots to mention...
Became essentials of my social life...
Together, they closed a chapter of my life...
And together, they opened another chapter of it...
They were the best gifts I recieved from poly... ...
