A Short Getaway

Yesterday,I booked out from camp at about 7 something in the evening unhappily... I knew that's it! My friday had been wasted... HaiZ! At first, I thought of meeting Fiona to return her some things, but blur me forgot to bring it along... HaiZ! In the end, I spent my friday having a feast at CCK coffeshop with Zen... We had "Fried Chay Kuey", "Kuey Chap", "Wu Xiang" and many others... I ended up with a big stomach (it wasn't really small in e first place :p) and was really full... Next, we spent the whole night playing pool, and as usual, cruising for gals (usually is him la, I only give opinions)...

Saturday began with calling MeiHua from 7.00am, 8.ooam, 9, 10... We were supposed to meet at 9.00am, but we ended up meeting at 1115.... Haha, the late king and queen united! And the queen's boyfriend was along... We had a nice chat before we stopped at City Hall while Ric continued his way to Bedok... We met up with Kris thereafter, followed by a swim at Suntec...

It was a sunny afternoon! And we did enjoyed the "sweat out" session... My nose was burnt (!) as a result... We had our lunch and chit chat session at "The Coffee Club" located at Millenia Walk before I met up with my parents for a short Getaway at Malaysia...

I was surprised when I met up with them as they bought along four uncles and two aunties... Gosh! I doubt I would enjoy the getaway... Communication Barrier! Haha, but I was quite wrong... One of these uncles was nicknamed as "fox" in hokkien, coz he really looked like a fox! He chatted with me about World's Geography and History... I was astonished by his knowlege about the world though he didn't even entered secondary school... I enjoyed talking with him... That were another uncle who kept asking me to drink beer even though my father don't allowed... He told my father a boy would be useless if he can't drink! Soooo, I ended up becoming his drinking buddy for the night... Haha...

The dinner costs us RM241.5 (approximately $120), which meant it costs about $14 per person (there were 9 of us)... It was definetely worthwhile cause the dinner includes of Cereal Prawns, Black Pepper Crabs, King of Pork Ribs, Clams in special made sauce, Claypot Otah, Potato leaves in Sambal Chilli, Kang Kong in sambal chilli, Bittergourd with Fishhead (I skipped that, though e old ones loved it!) and half a dozen of beers... It was really CHEAP!! We walked around leisurely before heading back to Singapore... It was a nice short getaway... =)
